Thats why the Ronald McDonald House Charities of West Michigan are asking people of Grand Rapids and West Michigan for help so that they are able to spread some holiday cheer to these families having a hard time during this time of year.

How can I help the Ronald McDonald House this Christmas season?

Currently, they are seeking donations of presents for a very special purpose. The staff has created Santa’s workshop in the basement of the Ronald McDonal House, and are giving these very busy families a chance to find gifts for their children without having to leave their loved one's side.

These children will then be able to see a dazzling Christmas tree as well as visit with Santa, so they have the most normal version of the holidays possible, considering their situation.

There are two ways you can donate presents- You are invited to drop off toys at the house directly, it's located at 1323 Cedar Street in Grand Rapids, or you are welcome to order toys on Amazon.com and have them directly shipped to the house- but you'll want to do this soon if you'd like to participate.

You can also donate via their website, so if you don't have time to get toys or presents, you can still make a difference for their mission of helping.
