Polish immigrants brought Paczki Day to America dating back to the Middle Ages. The holiday was created as a way to get rid of ingredients before Lent. You didn't want supplies to go bad when beginning to fast for 40 days. Fat Tuesday was a way to celebrate with delicious treats before a 40-day water diet leading up to Easter.

One Michigan Bakery Has Created a Paczki That Looks Like a Poop Emoji

Thanks to cellphones emojis are everywhere to help shorten texting. I have seen them in TV commercials, on billboards, memes, in texts, poop emojis are everywhere. I remember my mom buying some popsicle molds for my son and nephew and she didn't recognize them as poop emojis but the boys sure did and we all got a big laugh out of that.

A Michigan bakery in Garden City has created a bumpy paczki that looks absolutely delicious. Villa Bakery Garden City has borrowed from the bumpy cake which is a chocolate cake made with devil's food cake with buttercream on the inside and covered in fudge frosting on top of a paczki. I say brilliant.

These bumpy paczkis look amazing but in the world of emojis, there is no way you can look at this treat and the poop emoji not pop into your head. This paczki is a smiley face away from being a poop emoji.
