West Michigan's center piece, Grand Rapids, had a wild Thursday night with three separate shootings and no arrests.

According to WOOD TV, Grand Rapids Police Department were called to a shooting near the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Burton Street around 7 p.m.

Two vehicles apparently exchanged fire but no suspects were identified and so far no report of injuries.

Shooting number 2 was near Franklin Avenue and Union Street SE sometime in the 8 o'clock hour.

One victim was hit with a bullet in the leg but no arrests made.

Shooting number 3 was in the 11 o'clock hour near Highland Street and Cass Avenue. No word on what caused the shooting.

The third shooting much more severe than the others with one man being shot multiple times and hospitalized for surgery.

No suspect in the shooting has been identified.

According to police, the shootings appear to be unrelated.
