New Korean BBQ Restaurant Opening Up Soon in West Michigan
New restaurant alert! An all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and Chinese Hot Pot restaurant is coming to West Michigan.
The first Hong BBQ and Hot Pot opened in 2023 in Tampa, Fl. and since then has been rapidly expanding. There's another location in Bradenton and two more set to open soon in Florida. A Pittsburgh location is opening in June - as is the West Michigan Hong Pot!

Hong BBQ & Hot Pot Opening in Grandville, Mich.
Hong BBQ and Hot Pot is coming to 4505 Canal Ave SW. in Grandville.
The new restaurant is set to open June 2, 2024.
Menu at Hong BBQ and Hot Pot
Owners say Hong BBQ and Hot Pot is not just a restaurant, it's an experience.
On the menu, you'll find Chinese Hot Pot, also know as Chinese fondue, which you'll cook right at your table. You choose a soup base like Traditional Szechuan or Chinese Herbal.
Then the broth inside the pot boils over specially designed heaters, and you have a variety of protein options, vegetables, and noodles you can add in your soup. Protein choices include Scallops, Crawfish, Baby Octopus, Beef Meatballs, Lamb, Prime Brisket, Beef Belly, and more.

You can either have the Chinese hot pot by itself or enjoy it along with their authentic Korean BBQ.
For the Korean BBQ experience, the grill is fired up at your table and you'll be able to cook up a variety of beef, pork chicken, and seafood options, plus different vegetable.
A lot of the meats are already marinated by their chefs, so all you need to do is grill it up to enjoy the tasty Korean flavors.
Sides include Dumplings, Lobster Balls, Fish Meatballs, and Quail Eggs.
For either the Hot Pot or Korean BBQ, it's $30.99 for adults. To enjoy both, add $5.
Beverages include Boba Tea, Slushies, Smoothies, and Milkshakes, Soft Drinks, Beer, Wine, or Sake.
