Heard of Michigan Film Frozen Stupid? No One Else Has Either

Frozen Stupid is a winter-themed comedy filmed and set in Michigan but no one seems to have heard of it.

The comedy Frozen Stupid was released in 2008. Frozen Stupid starred Ernest Borgnine, Joey Albright, and Kimberly Norris. The film was set in Houghton Lake, Michigan, and was about Tony Norgard (Joey Albright), who desperately wanted to go ice fishing while being pressured to attend his mother-in-law's birthday party the same day.

I have not seen the whole movie but if you like ice fishing you may be amused. What is crazy is that almost no one has ever heard of Frozen Stupid and there is a sequel called Frozen Stupid 2: Open Water. You can watch the first Frozen Stupid below.

Breaking news, Frozen 3 just came out over the Thanksgiving break.

Have You Heard of Michigan Made Movie Frozen Stupid?

A discussion came up on the Michigan Reddit page about the movie Frozen Stupid and I have been unable to find anyone that has watched it until this thread. I did find it on YouTube and posted it above. From the post above I guess I will have to look up the Dogman movies.

I take that back, I will pass on the Dogman movies.

I watched part of Frozen Stupid and thought it was the ice-fishing version of Escanaba in Da Moonlight and it looks like I'm more than right.

I was surprised they made a Frozen Stupid 2 and Frozen Stupid 3 just came out the day before Thanksgiving this year.
