People who own homes always have something to work on or improve and it's always nice getting ideas since TV has provided plenty of options along with YouTube videos. Heck on learned how to level a floor on YouTube and put in a new floor so I get it.

Shows like Fixer Upper, Curb Appeal, Extreme Makeover: Home Editions, Design on a Dime and so many more have been sweeping the nation and Americans are not tired of them yet. I recently discovered a new show and found out it is based right here in Grand Rapids.

The Established Home

The Established Home is hosted by Jean Stoffer. You can catch the show on HBO Max and the Magnolia Network. The show is based right here in Grand Rapids.

So far there have been seasons worth of episodes created ranging from fixing up a home that was built in 1916, a midcentury modern beach house, the host's daughter is featured in an episode to even an episode of the host renovating her own home.

Who Is The Host Of The Established Home?

The Established Home is hosted by Jean Stoffer who is an interior designer whose goal is to find out what is important to the homeowner so she can focus on their true needs with her designs.

Stoffer is not originally from Grand Rapids but when her children graduated from college, slowly one-by-one they all moved to West Michigan and you add that plus grandkids, grandma was not far behind.

From beach houses on Lake Michigan to regular everyday homes in neighborhoods all across West Michigan, Stoffer is helping people live their dreams by helping create their dream homes.
