Mad honey has been used to treat sore throat, arthritis, diabetes, and hypertension. Mad honey is also used as a sexual stimulant and a narcotic.
According to the National Library of Medicine, mad honey is honey that is contaminated with grayanotoxins which leads to intoxication/poisoning after consumption. Bees extract nectar from flowers called rhododendrons. There are over 1,000 types of rhododendrons, all are toxic to people and pets.
Even though Mad Honey is intoxicating and poisonous it's not legal to sell or purchase in the United States. You can buy it on Amazon but I don't recommend you mess around with it because in small doses it can cause hallucinations but in large doses, it can be highly poisonous.

Family in Fremont Has Bad Experience From Mad Honey
According to WOOD, the Cirigliano family disappeared in 2022 and was later found safe in a Wisconsin hotel after the father suddenly had a psychotic breakdown due to Mad Honey poisoning.
Tony Cirigliano ordered some honey online that looked similar to what he normally purchased. Cirgliano would add a teaspoon or two to the yogurt he would eat daily and noticed he started having unusual thoughts, and dreams and experienced some strange behavior.
Cirigliano purchased Mad Honey by mistake and had been using it like regular honey. This caused him to have a psychotic breakdown and move his family 600 miles from Fremont. Cirgliana had to be treated in a hospital for three weeks with an antipsychotic medication but this took an additional six months of treatment before he was cleared.
