A southwest Michigan restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with room for 200 guests has hit the market.

Don't worry though, the good times are going to keep rolling at Hard Times Family Restaurant in Decatur! The owner, Debbie, shared to Facebook that while after 45 years in business she is ready to retire, the restaurant is NOT closing. She says the restaurant will remain open until it is sold.

Located at 108 N. Phelps St. in Decatur, the restaurant was originally built in 1910. It has newer heating and cooling systems and the kitchen and equipment, including fryer, dishwasher, and stove, were upgraded in 2020/ 2021.

The building is 4,374 square feet, with accessible bathrooms, plus plenty of public parking available at both the front and back entrances.
