If you're both a classic rock fan and a moviegoer, you're probably aware of Yesterday, the recent film wherein actor Himesh Patel plays a musician who finds himself the only person who remembers the Beatles and begins passing off the Fab Four's music as his own. But are you familiar with YesterSlay, the GWAR-themed spoof trailer of the movie?

If not, take a look at the work of Ryan's Shorts below. They took it upon themselves to recut the Yesterday trailer with GWAR references in place of the Beatles, as Ultimate Classic Rock reported Monday (July 29). See the spoof movie trailer, which was shared on YouTube in May, down toward the bottom of this post.

"This video will mainly appeal to people familiar with GWAR who have also seen the trailer for the upcoming film Yesterday, about a man who wakes up from an accident in a world where he is the only who remembers The Beatles," the video's description reads before offering its own critique of the film. "So about a dozen people."

For these interested in seeing GWAR in the terrifying flesh, the intergalactic act set out on a huge North American tour with Sacred Reich and Toxic Holocaust later this year. See all the concert dates here.
