According to the YouTube video's description, this is a pretty common occurrence. This Huntington Beach, Calif., pair fight all the time, scream at each other for everyone to hear and she even frequently beats him.

In their most recent bout, the guy in the scooter doesn't want his lady to leave, as they're in the middle of an argument.

So, he parks his scooter behind her truck, blocking her exit. Not to be stopped, the woman hops out of the truck, pushes him off of his scooter, gets back in the truck, throws it in reverse and runs the scooter over. It's a very effective means of exiting!
