Here's a tale of possibly the easiest arrest a police officer has ever made.

A man only identified as Carlos walked up to a WMAR-TV news crew covering a Rockville, Md., house fire and plainly and calmly admitted to allegedly setting the fire, WMAR-TV reported.

Shortly thereafter, he walked over to police and allegedly confessed his crime to them, too.

Apparently he set the fire in protest of living conditions, which is, of course, still quite illegal.
