Legendary musician Chuck Berry was accused of allegedly installing hidden cameras in a restaurant he owned but his guilt was never proven in court. Berry said he installed the cameras to catch someone stealing at the restaurant. However, Berry did opt for a class action settlement after several women accused him of the act and he paid out $1.2 million.

According to WOOD, former John Ball Zoo employee Steven Edward Pook is looking at 2 counts of using a computer to commit a crime and 2 counts of capturing and distributing an image of an unclothed person.

Pook was allegedly seen following women holding the dustpan at their feet and video-taping up their skirts. Investigators used a search warrant to take a look at Pook's phone and discovered videos up women's skirts. There was even footage of himself making camera adjustments.

Pook will find out his fate once he appears in court in September.
