Flint's Amanda Somerville Set to Release Second Album with Michael Kiske [Video]

I've been listening to Amanda Somerville for a few years now, as she's been on several albums/DVDs I own, and has worked on quite a few really cool projects since moving to Germany.

She recorded an album with former Helloween singer Michael Kiske, called Kiske/Somerville, a few years ago and their second album City of Heroes is due out April 21.

Amanda is originally from Flint, and moved to Germany quite a while ago, to pursue her dream of singing, making, and teaching music.

She's recorded a few albums on her own, with her husband, and recorded a lot of things with other bands, too. She's on the Epica DVD We Will Take You With Us a lot!

I have a couple of her solo albums, which are more poppy, and her Trillum album, which is a heavy rock record. Check her out, she's an amazing singer and songwriter, and she's doing some incredible stuff!

If you like power metal, and rock...you're going to love these Kiske/Somerville albums! Most of the music is written by Mat Sinner, of Primal Fear/Sinner fame, so you know it's good stuff.
