A Beloved West Michigan Festival Returns After 25 Years
West Michigan is known for having some truly exquisite festivals. Some, like Tulip Time, are ranked among the best festivals in the entire country. The World of Winter festival in downtown Grand Rapids is the largest winter festival in North America. Festivals come and go, like the Festival of the Arts, which announced it would cease operations after 55 years.

This festival has been on a 25-year hiatus, and is a perfect example of festivals returning. Prepare your eyes, ears, and taste buds as Festa Italiana returns to Western Michigan.
A Reunion 25 Years In The Making
25 years ago was the last time Festa Italia was held, and now a whole new generation is ready to bring it back. The best part? This is a family affair, with the children and grandchildren of the original participants and hosts back and ready to bring this festival into 2025. Familiar families to Grand Rapids include the Russo and Secchia families. The festival will take place July 25 & 26 at Tanger Outlets in Byron Center.
What To Expect
Americans have long benefited from Italian cuisine, like pizza and pasta, but at the Festa Italiana, this isn't going to be Little Caesars. You can expect authentic Italian flavors, as well as a wine and beer garden featuring Italian imports. You can enjoy all of this while listening to Italian Music and other entertainment.
