Dope are plotting a new album and they've got a brand new video to share. The group is debuting the clip for 'Selfish' exclusively here at Loudwire (watch above).

Frontman Edsel Dope directed the clip, which is an electrifying live performance. Drummer Dan Fox lays down some killer beats behind the kit, while guitarist Nick Dibbs and bassist Germs Gerske drive the track with some impressive riffing. Meanwhile, Edsel delivers his true-to-form aggression.

Edsel says, "Very excited to begin sharing new Dope music with our fans. These are some of our most punishing works to date." The album will be called 'Blood Money' and is due in spring 2015. The disc will be Dope's first new album since 2009's 'No Regrets.'

Though it will be a while before Dope's new album arrives, the 'Selfish' single is currently available at iTunes. In addition, the band will be back on the road for a series of late summer shows. New gigs kick off Aug. 29 in Newport, Ky. with dates booked into September. See all of their tour dates below.
