Watch the new music video for "X-Ray Visions", the first single from Clutch's upcoming 11th studio album, Psychic Warfare, out October 2!

The video was shot by photographer Dan Winters, who also designed the cover of the band's new album.

In a statement on Clutch's website, singer Neil Fallon says, "The title Psychic Warfare is taken from the track, ‘X-Ray Visions'. It’s a tale about an unnamed protagonist who is forced to seek refuge in a flop house motel.  He is hiding from several nefarious psychic forces, the worst of which is his own sleep deprived paranoia.”

About the new album, Fallon told Billboard, 'The lyrics are more narrative than probably any other previous Clutch album. There's more action that happens. When I write a song there's usually some vague movie that's running in the back of my mind that the music has evoked, and I try to bring that to the words. I never wanted to be heavy-handed and say, 'This is a rock opera' or a concept record, because that can be oppressive. But I like lyrics and music that sound cinematic, because I like the escapism in rock 'n' roll."

Clutch are embarking on a tour this fall with Corrosion of Conformity. They're coming to the Orbit Room October 15!
