Black Label Society will kick off a tour with Hatebreed and  right after Christmas.

The trek launches Dec. 28 in Spokane, Wash., before heading to Canada for several dates including a New Year’s Eve show in Calgary. There is a concert Jan. 16 in Royal Oak.

Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday.

Before that tour, BLS will be headed out to sea as part of Motorhead’s Motorboat Cruise beginning Sept. 22. The band's latest album 'Catacombs of the Black Vatican' was released in April.

Frontman Zakk Wylde is also participating in the Experience Hendrix tour, which features a star-studded lineup of musicians including Buddy Guy, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jonny Lang, Rich Robinson, Doyle Bramhall II and others playing the music of Jimi Hendrix. Hatebreed are touring in support of their 2013 album 'The Divinity of Purpose.' Frontman Jamey Jasta says, “Playing with Zakk is always a good time and we hardly ever get to play some of these cities so we're excited to hit the road with our Ozzfest alums!"

Butcher Babies will be unleashing a covers album on Sept. 30.  'Uncovered' includes their version of songs from ZZ Top, The Osmonds and more. Check out their rocking rendition of Napoleon XIV's 'They're Coming To Take Me Away.'
