Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba revealed that he's started a new band with Angels And Airwaves drummer Atom Willard.

The new group, called The Hell, was announced on Skiba's Twitter page:

"Just started a new rock band with Atom Willard (angels and airwaves, rocket, social d., alk 3, etc). Be on the lookout for THE HELL people!"

Willard was also the stickman for Rocket From The Crypt and The Offspring.  Alkaline Trio released their seventh studio album, This Addiction, last year.  Skiba recently revealed that he contributed vocals on a track off of Rise Against's upcoming album, Endgame.

Think this will be Alkaline Trio v2.0 or something completely different?  Maybe it will last longer than Heavens, Skiba's last side project that he formed with Josiah Steinbrick.  That project only lasted for two years and released one album.
