I LOVE Aldi. I got the CUTEST patio cushions there a few years ago on the cheap, and I still talk about it. Well, clearly, as I am right now. I mean, this is West Michigan, right? We love a good deal. It's in our DNA. And Aldi, the discount grocery store, is full of them.

And West Michigan is full of Aldi stores! Of the 2,225 Aldi locations in the U.S., 95 are in the Mitten State, with 10 in the metro Grand Rapids area.

The discount grocery chain says they're going to throw one lucky couple the Aldi wedding of their dreams.

They'll be transforming the Aldi Insights Center, their model store near the chain's headquarters in Batavia, Illinois, into the ultimate Aldi-themed wedding venue.

Hey, weddings are expensive! It kind of makes sense to me that Aldi, the supermarket known for its deals, would be offering this kind of a deal. Maybe instead of a one-off contest they should offer discount weddings at their headquarters all the time!
