Recently, North Carolina has come under fire for a law passed called House Bill 2, which prevents cities in the state from passing laws to protect LGBT rights. Bruce Springsteen even cancelled his show in Greensboro in solidarity with those protesting the law. And now, a porn site has completely blocked all internet traffic from North Carolina!

NO PORN FOR YOU!

If you have a North Carolina IP address, then all you will see is a black screen, and no porn. The ban will stay in place until House Bill 2 is repealed.

"Judging by the stats of what you North Carolinians watch, we feel this punishment is a severe one. We will not standby and pump revenue into a system that promotes this type of garbage. We respect all sexualities and embrace them."

Mike Kulich, spokesman for XHamster, to the Huffington Post.

Wait, there's a porn site called XHamster?

What kind of porn do they host? Is it all Richard Gere-related porn? I certainly hope they're not hosting porn involving hamster abuse, those lil buggers are adorable!

Okay, I just went to site, and it's totally not filled with gerbils and hamsters doing things and going places they shouldn't. It's a full-on porn site, so be prepared if you type in "XHamster.com" while at work, like I just did.

IT is going to come visit me later to have "a talk".

Well, unless you're in North Carolina, then you're totally safe going to that website right now. All your IT people will see you looking at is a black screen.
