The Upheaval 2-day rock festival is coming to Grand Rapids on July 19 and 20. 979 GRD has two ways to win tickets with one including VIP weekend passes.

The fourth installment of the Upheaval Festival will return to Belknap Park in Grand Rapids on Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20.

Godsmack are the Friday headliners and will be joined by Killswitch Engage, Sevendust, Of Mice & Men, Saliva, Ayron Jones, Austin Meade, Flat Black, Citizen Soldier, Another Day Dawns, A Sense of Purpose, Final Confession, Sick Century, and Sinshrift. Get Friday-only or 2-day tickets here.

Bad Omens recently canceled their summer tour but is still performing at Upheaval and will close out on Saturday. Bad Omens will be joined by Beartooth, Badflower, From Ashes to New, Stabbing Westward, Drowning Pool, I See Stars, Sleep Theory, Saul, Ovtlier, Splinters, Southbound Beretta, As We Divide, and Dead7. The Rock Station 979 GRD will give you a chance to win Upheaval tickets twice per day. Listen to Janna weekdays at Noon and Tommy at 4:20 for your shot at scoring Friday or Saturday tickets. Janna and Tommy will take turns giving away Friday or Saturday tickets for Upheaval, you will have to listen each day to figure out which tickets they have.

Rob Zombie Performing At Upheaval

Rob Zombie was the headliner for day 2 of the Upheaval Festival that was July 16 & 17, 2021 at Belknap Park located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Rob Zombie performed a blistering set and as you can see from the photos below, his show is quite the visual experience.
