’90s Kids Roaming Around GR With A Camera [Video]

Maybe you know these guys. Maybe you ARE these guys. 

Ryan Burkholder posted some found video on the Grand Rapids 1990s Facebook page of some '90s skateboard punks (no harm in that word, I was a punk once) roaming around downtown Grand Rapids circa 1996-97.

There's some shots of Punk Island, Festival, Parking Ramps and general places where kids of this age would hang out in the '90s. I can't speak to that because I was in my thirties by then, and avoided by anyone remotely cool.

The video starts with a dude flipping off the camera in front of the boat-car that you may remember driving around town back then. It doesn't get any more 90s than that.

So take a look and see what treasures of the mid-90s are no longer there as these kids roam about looking for some innocent trouble.
