The Detroit Lions came out strong against the Philidelphia Eagles scoring a touchdown on their first drive. Then, it was all downhill for the remainder of the first half after the Eagle's offense exploded with 24 points.
After the third quarter, the Lions started the 4th quarter down 17 points. Although they did make a solid comeback, dropped passes and missed tackles cost them the game losing 38-35.
Once again Lions fans' hopes are crushed because of fundamental mistakes.
