
1,300 Pound Pregnant Cow Stolen in Southwest Michigan
The St. Joseph County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a cow believed to be stolen from a pasture near Marcellus.
The pasture is in the 11000 block of Floating Bridge Road.
MLive reports that the 1,300-pound pregnant Angus/Herford mix cow went missing around July 10. The cow was thought to be due in July.
Authorities say special equipment would be needed to move an animal of that size.
