Woman Drives With Her Feet So She Can Use Her Hands To Text

Texting and driving is a big no-no just about anywhere you go.  Simply put, when you're behind the wheel of a two-ton vehicle, your eyes and attention should be on the road, not on your phone.  It keeps you safe, but it also keeps your fellow drivers who you're sharing the road with safe.  But we're not going to lie...what this Philadelphia woman was caught doing while behind the wheel is pretty damn impressive!

While rolling down the highway recently, a couple happened to glance over and see the woman in the car next to them texting while driving.  Unfortunately, that's a pretty common sight. But what set this woman apart was that, while both hands and eyes were on her phone, she had her feet on the wheel steering the car!  The couple followed the woman for about 20 minutes, even attempting to intervene by beeping the horn at her.  This did no good, though, and the woman just continued on her way.

The video that the couple recorded was turned over to the Philadelphia police, but they say they can't do anything about it since they weren't the ones who caught the woman in the act.
