[Photo: Al Bello/Getty Images][/caption]It was an epic men's hockey match-up and the United States won 3-2 over Russia at the Sochi Winter Olympics in Russia today.

T.J. Oshie (of the St. Louis Blues) scored four times on six shootout attempts, including the clincher in the eighth round against Russian goalie Sergie Bobrovski.

Cam Fowler (of Farmington Hills and the Anaheim Ducks) and Joe Pavelski (San Jose Sharks) each scored power-play goals and goalie Jonathan Quick (Los Angeles Kings) had 29 saves.

Pavel Datsyuk (of the Detroit Red Wings) had both Russian goals.
