Newk's is set to open on Monday, December 19, at 2650 East Beltline SE in Grand Rapids. The growing franchise serves fresh tossed salads, oven baked sandwiches, California style pizzas, made-from-scratch soups and homemade cakes from Newk’s open kitchen.
