Are you ready for some defilement? The Somatic Defilement that is! Deathcore brutes Whitechapel are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut album with the month-plus long "A Decade of Defilement" tour throughout North America starting in November with support from Carnifex, Rings of Saturn, Entheos and So This Is Suffering.

Whitechapel have had a busy year promoting 2016's Mark of the Blade, headlining Metal Blade's 35th anniversary tour earlier this year as well. While the new album brought some surprises like clean singing and a shift to a more groove-centric sound, the band will be offering surprises from their past on this upcoming run. They'll be performing select tracks from The Somatic Defilement, promising to deliver some songs which haven't been brought to the stage since the album's release, making for a can't-miss tour for Whitechapel fans.

The trek will kick off on Nov. 10 in Atlanta, Ga., working the eastern coast before hitting the heartland, followed by the West Coast and then circling back through the Midwest with a heavy focus on Texas. The final show will take place on Dec. 16 in Knoxville, Tenn. and all tickets go on sale this Friday (Sept. 1) at 10AM local time. See below for a full list of stops.

While Whitechapel will surely mix in a blend of old and new, their tourmates will be touting their latest efforts. Carnifex released Slow Death in 2016, the highly technical Rings of Saturn recently issued Ultu Ulla, Entheos delivered their debut, The Infinite Nothing, last year and openers So This Is Suffering served up their Palace of the Pessimist debut in February.

The Somatic Defilement will also receive a reissue through Metal Blade, due Sept. 15 with limited colored vinyl available for pre-order here.
