As you scramble to find room in your driveway to pile the snow you're digging out of, rest assured, the Michigan weather is coming to help you.

The Polar Vortex squeezing every last drop of cold out of the atmosphere is going to shift quickly on Friday night, giving us a 65 degree swing in temperatures.

As we emotionally prepare for lows of 25 below Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, with wind chills dropping into the 45 below range, warmer weather is on the way.

The National Weather Service says the warm up will start early Saturday morning, with sunshine kicking off the weekend on a bright 32 degree day. Sunday promises even more warmth, as it hits the low 40s under cloudy, rainy skies.

Don't put away the long johns just yet, because the polar temps will return, but enjoy the reprieve by sunbathing Saturday.
