Weezer, Paramore's Hayley Williams, Amy Lee of Evanescence and more will re-live their childhoods and cover songs from the Muppets. The updated renditions will be featured on the soundtrack to the upcoming Walt Disney film, The Muppets, in theaters November 23.

NME reports that the compilation, which Weezer fans will be happy to discover that it's called The Green Album, will be released on August 23. Weezer and Hayley Williams team up to record their own version of "Rainbow Connection", Amy Lee covers "Halfway Down The Stairs" and even Alkaline Trio gets in on the Muppet action with their rendition of "Moving Right Along".
