Vince Neil will serve another stint in jail after accepting a plea deal on Tuesday.  The Motley Crue singer will spend two weeks in jail followed by two weeks of house arrest stemming from a DUI charge last summer.

Neil was pulled over while driving his black Lamborghini near the Vegas strip late into June 27, 2010, after leaving the Las Vegas Hilton.  The "Girls, Girls, Girls" singer will appear before a Las Vegas judge to plead guilty to the misdemeanor charge in January 26.

Neil told the Associated Press that he has been sober just a week before his arrest.

"There's just a point in your life where you kind of stop, that's what happened with me," Neil told an AP reporter about his tell-all book, Tattoos & Tequila: To Hell and Back with One of Rock's Most Notorious Frontmen.  Neil stated in the interview that he hadn't used drugs in 20 years and had stopped abusing alcohol.  Not exactly convincing after getting caught drinking and driving a week later.

This isn't the first time Neil agreed to a guilty plea.  He pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving stemming from a 1984 crash that killed Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley and seriously injured two other people.  Neil was sentenced to 30 days in prison, 5 years of probation, and agreed to pay $2.5 million in restitution to the victims.

I swear, some people never learn.  You can read the whole AP article here.
