Historic Tulip Time returns to Holland this Saturday for its 89th installment of the festival.

According to WOOD TV, there is a max transit shuttle that can get you to and from the festival. Pick up and drop off points that are scattered throughout downtown Holland. Good news, the rides only cost $5.

If you like to run, then get ready and gear up for the Tulip Time Run. Organizers for the festival are anticipating over 4,000 runners to make the run. The run will kick off at 8 a.m. Saturday.

There will be over 250 vendors in the artisan market scattered all across Centennial Park which open at 10 a.m. Saturday. For those who love the carnival, the Kinder Carnival will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday.

The first parade will be the People's Parade which runs from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m Wednesday. To view the parade you will need to get a location along 8th Street from Columbia Avenue to Kollen Park.

The second parade will be the Children's Parade that also run on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and has the same route at the People's Parade. Get ready for all the area school children sporting their Dutch costumes.

The longest parade from the Tulip Time Festival will be the Music Parade that will be held Saturday. There will be 170 units waling 8th Street from Columbia Avenue to Van Raalte Avenue to 24th Street.

Tulip Time will run from May 5th to May 13th.
