Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor and his scoring partner Atticus Ross are starting to become regulars on the movie award show circuit. The musical pair just collected another Golden Globe nomination, this time for their work on the David Fincher film, 'Gone Girl.'

Reznor and Ross received a Best Original Score nomination for 'Gone Girl,' and they'll face the likes of Alexandre Desplat ('The Imitation Game'), Johann Johannson ('The Theory of Everything'), Antonio Sanchez ('Birdman') and Hans Zimmer ('Interstellar') for the honor.

The duo has a history with the Golden Globes as they received the Golden Globe for Best Original Score for 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' in 2011. 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' score also won a Grammy for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media. The pair also received the Oscar for their first scoring work on the David Fincher film 'The Social Network.'

Meanwhile, name acts like Lana Del Rey, John Legend and Common, Patti Smith and Lenny Kaye, Sia and Lorde all earned Golden Globe nominations in the Best Original Song category. The 2015 Golden Globe Awards will take place on Jan. 11 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, with the show airing on NBC.
