Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee is currently facing legal action as the result of an alleged incident with a Florida photographer.

The Broward-Palm Beach New Times reports that the rocker is being sued by freelance photographer Freddy Hernandez, who claimed he suffered injuries at the hands of the rocker after Lee confronted him about snapping photos on a public beach.

The apparent incident occurred July 7 of last year, and a press release issued by Hernandez's lawyers via PR Web alleges that Lee "touched and/or struck" Hernandez without his permission, hitting his camera and causing an injury in the process.

Just last year, Lee went on a Facebook rant about constantly being asked to pose for photos. He spoke in-depth about the amount of times he'd been asked during completely inappropriate moment, recalling an incident where a mortuary worker asked for a picture when he came to pick up his late mother's ashes.

He later clarified that his comments didn't pertain to fans per se, so much as a particular segment of "random" people who don't have any clue other than just knowing that he's famous.
