Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has spoken out against SeaWorld's treatment of one of their killer whales.

Lee sent a letter to the amusement park complaining that one of the whales, named Tilikum, was isolated in a tank too small for him and used as a sperm bank.

"We know from SeaWorld's own director of safety (as well as videos on the web) that the way you get his sperm is by having someone get into the pool and masturbate him with a cow's vagina filled with hot water," he wrote.

That's a little messed up to me.  Tilikum is being kept in isolation because he was involved in three deaths at the park.  So far the whale has produced 13 offspring.

Lee is an active PETA member and claimed that his ex-band's antics back in the day didn't compare to the treatment of the whale.

"Even in my wildest days with Motley Crue I never could've imagined something so sick and twisted," Lee said.

What do you think?  Should SeaWorld be allowed to get whales off to grow their army of whales?
