With Sarah Palin's recent endorsement of Donald Trump, it was only a matter of time before Tina Fey returned to Saturday Night Live to reenact her role as Sarah Palin.

The cold open sketch, featuring Fey as Palin and Darrell Hammond as Donald Trump, certainly didn't disappoint. The premise was pretty consistent with every other Fey/Palin sketch: Sarah Palin is crazy. When Donald Trump is portrayed in the sketch as a voice of reason, Palin's blissful ignorance is maximized.

“I hope nobody’s allergic to nuts, because we got a big one here,” Trump/Hammond tells the audience. “She’s two Corinthians short of a Bible.”

Whether you agree with the political premise of the sketch or not, we can at least be grateful that the incredibly gorgeous Tina Fey is back on television.
