Three Police Officers Resign After Allegedly Forcing A Man To Eat His Pot

Marijuana users usually enjoy edible versions of their pot; however, consuming the straight plant is seen as less than groovy. Someone should have told these officers it doesn't work that way when they told a man to eat a gram of marijuana when they found it in his car.  Officers Richard Pina, Jason McFadden and Michael Carnicle were all in their first-year probationary period but have resigned. 

The 19-year-old came forward, saying the officers found the substance during a traffic stop, made him eat it in order to avoid going to jail, then gave him traffic tickets. According to the officers, they did not have their body cameras activated so there is no footage of the alleged Mary-Jane munching, but it is being taken seriously and the young man will not face drug charges.

Agree or disagree with the use of the drug or these officer's actions, but maybe these cops should eat some marijuana themselves because they should probably chill out a little.
