Theory of a Deadman are gearing up for another trip to West Michigan. The Canadian rockers have announced a string of U.S. tour dates to launch this spring. Grand Rapids is on the list with a stop by The Orbit Room on May 1.

Theory of a Deadman are continuing the support of their fourth studio album The Truth Is..., which was released last July. Grand Rapids' own Pop Evil and Stellar Revival will join TOAD as support acts. However, Pop Evil are currently NOT scheduled to play at The Orbit Room. I find that unfortunate considering it's their hometown, but hopefully things change and they end up performing.

Theory of a Deadman seem to have an affinity for West Michigan. The band have been in the area on three separate occassions last year. They were part of the Avalanche Tour at the DeltaPlex in April, Muskegon Summer Celebration in July and the DeltaPlex once again with Pop Evil and Three Doors Down last November.

Tickets start at $20 in advance and go on sale Friday, February 3, at 10am, at The Orbit Room box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.
