The X Files is Coming Back With Up to 12 New Episodes

Last week, i posted about the return of a show so many people loved, The X Files, and it's return to Fox after being off the air for so long. And now we have more details on the show's return, and what we'll be getting!

The rumor is that the show will coming back as a 'short stack', and that doesn't refer to the heights of the actors, but how many episode that will be green lit. That's an order under 10 episodes.

Fans are hoping for what 24 got, with the 12 episodes, and that these episodes will wrap up all the plot lines and conspiracies that were going on during not only the show, but the movies that came out after. The truth still isn't anywhere to be found. Stupid truth.

Depending on the schedules for the two lead actors, they might now be able to shoot too many episodes, since they're both doing a lot of different things at the moment. Don't they know they should drop all this other crap that no one cares about and get back to the show that made them famous?
