Every time the 13th of the month lands on a Friday, people always make some sort of big deal about it. Like there is going to be some sort of bad thing that will happen on Friday the 13th. Where did all of this superstition come from? I don't know, maybe it goes deeper than what I think, but I imagine it's because of these fine horror flicks named...

'Friday the 13th'

I remember the first 'Friday the 13th' movie I ever saw was Part 8: Jason Take Manhattan. It's really kind of a crazy idea, but with horror films, you could pretty much do anything and no one will bat an eye. My brother and I rented it from the old Video Master on Leonard St and I forever became a fan of the films.

They have left a legacy in horror films that continue on to this day, but how did they all come about. Jason Vorhees is one of those horror icons that seem to keep coming back and regardless of how good or bad the movie is, people love it.
