Tenant’s Webcam Catches Landlord Having Sex On His Bed

Logan Pierce of Colorado Springs, CO says that he was at work one day last week when he got a notification on his phone that one of his security cameras at the house had detected motion.  When he opened the app, he saw something pretty unbelievable: his landlord was in his bedroom having sex in his bed!  And once the couple was done with their romp, they used his wife's wedding dress to clean up.  Talk about adding insult to injury!

While the landlord does have the right to enter the apartment, authorities say that this is a clear case of felony trespassing.  The landlord has been charged and we can assume that Pierce and his wife will soon be moving.
