When it comes to checking out items from the library, the first thing everyone thinks of is books. However at the Kent District Library they offer a lot more than just books!

From GoPro cameras, to Internet Hot Spots, to even a Ukulele -- you can check out these items at the Kent District Library.

Every year, Rob Scallon uses May to celebrate Metallica with May-tallica. He began this month with a crazy cover of "Master of Puppets" on banjo last week. This week, he kicks it up a notch, with his cover of the lead song from ...And Justice For All, "Blackened", on ukulele. Complete with guitar solo!

I don't know if you've ever seen the instrumental video of the music for the Cannibal Corpse song, "Frantic Disembowelment", but it's freaking seriously intense! An insanely challenging song, at a ridiculous pace...it looks like the video has been sped up, and isn't real.  But it's totally real. This ukulele cover version takes all of that, and puts it on the Uke!

This could be the greatest thing to be posted on the Internet since yesterday's most awesome thing posted on the Internet!   Yesterday was the orgasming ladies singing, which is still an image I go to sleep with. But today's is for the serious (or not-so-serious) metalhead in us all. SLAYER covered on ukulele, solos included! What more could even be said?
