August 30, 2011 U.K. rockers Bush have been on an extended hiatus since they disbanded back in 2002. That all changed when frontman Gavin Rossdale reformed the band in June of last year. Bush will embark on a North American tour this fall, making a stop at The Orbit Room in Grand Rapids on October 4.
August 26, 2011 Punk icons Social Distortion are ready to do some damage at The Orbit Room in Grand Rapids for a GRD show on November 27. The date is part of the just announced fall tour for the band, who are currently promoting their album Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes.

July 29, 2011 Taking Back Sunday have gone through a lot of changes over the years. Members have come and gone, albums have become more ambitious and the remaining roster have matured as time went on. That maturity has not been more evident than in the return of guitarist John Nolan and bassist Shaun Cooper, part of the beloved Tell All Your Friends lineup. Nolan and lead vocalist Adam Lazzara sat down with me before their show at the Orbit Room Thursday night to talk about the evolution of Taking Back Sunday and how going back brought them forward.

April 18, 2011 My Chemical Romance brought their World Contamination Tour to the Orbit Room Saturday night for a SOLD OUT show at the Orbit Room! MCR were kind enough to meet with a few GRD listeners before the concert. Definitely a great way to spend Record Store Day.
