The 44th Amway River Bank Run is set to take place this weekend. It is the largest 25k run in the country. The event was scheduled to take place on May 8 but organizers picked a new date in order to have a more "normal' event. This year's event will end dramatically for one couple.

A West Michigan race for women will once again be virtual in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Trail riding continues to grow in popularity across Michigan. One thing that always attracts cyclists, rollerbladers and others is a smooth trail. This 22 mile trail just might be the smoothest in Michigan.

We took over Millenium Park this Saturday, for the Insane Inflatables 5k! Not just a run, but a fun run with giant inflatable obstacles to conquer along the way. More than 1,700 runners came out to climb the bouncy course and have fun.

Today on Segment 16, the guys talk about this Saturday's .1K race, that benefits Duchenne research. Get signed up and help out. It's fun, and you can "hydrate" before and after the run. Heck, you can begin "hydrating" the night before when you pick up your runner package!

The Insane Inflatables 5K is this Saturday at Millenium Park, and it's a lot of fun for people who run, and for people who don't! Last year, Wendy and I, two of the least athletic people we know, tried the course. It was fun, and we actually did it!

Whether you run or not, you'd have had some fun at the Neon Vibe 5k at Fifth Third Ballpark with WGRD on Saturday night! If you're a runner, it's a great 5k to do, since it's not just waiting around early in the morning to run. There's fun stuff going on beforehand, including Zumba, free stuff, and if you're a guy...a lot of hot ladies in running gear! I know, I'm pathetic, haha.
