Today I got to talk with Rick DeJesus, the singer for Adelitas Way about their new song, "Dog on a Leash", the new album (and what it might be called) and more!  Rick's a fun guy, and he's looking forward to coming back to Grand Rapids for a show! On Friday, April 4th, the Wayland guys came by the GRD studios to hang out, talk about their world, and get everyone stoked for the show at The Intersection on April 5th. We covered a lot of ground here.  Everything from Wayland Warriors taking the band into their homes, edge-of-their-seat drives over narrow mountain passes, how they divide up their business, and more...

I got the privilege of talking with Sam, the drummer for Chevelle a couple of weeks ago, and we talked about the new album "La Gargola" that was released on April 1st, and their upcoming tour. Early in the interview we learned what Pete means when he said he "got Sam and electric drum kit".

Wayland's show at the Intersection was fantastic!  The crowd was huge, the band was on fire, and everyone had such a great time! Thanks to everyone who came out to rock with Wayland!

Thanks to an amazing Grand Rapids turn out, Wayland got rock their hometown at the sold out Intersection on Saturday night!  You guys all jammed into the place to make some noise and support some local boys done good! There were a lot of great local bands on the bill:

Ever wonder what some of your favorite bands would sound like if they'd made a different choice for their lead guitar player? Maybe Marty Friedman had joined Metallica, or Kirk Hammett was the guy in Motley Crue...Steve Vai had given up the solo career to join Pantera?  Randy Rhodes was playing his leads for Arch Enemy? WTF?

By now, I'm sure you've heard all the sides to the story of KISS' induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Every year, there is some sort of "controversy" surrounding the Hall of Shame idiocy. To summarize:
