If you missed Rock On The Range this year, it was quite the spectacle. So many great bands performed over the three-day weekend at Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH. A few of my favorites were A Day To Remember, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Pop Evil and of course A Perfect Circle, who closed out the festival Sunday night

Saturday night's Rock On The Range headliner Avenged Sevenfold certainly did not disappoint when they possessed the main stage. Led by lead singer M. Shadows' ferocious vocals, A7X took the Columbus, OH crowd through a brutal journey that both continued to pay tribute to their fallen brother, original drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, and help the band go forward. Hometown boys Pop Evil rocked the F.Y.E. stage at Rock On The Range this past Sunday. This was the first time I have seen them outside of Michigan and the crowd response was just as raucous as any Grand Rapids show. Rock On The Range 2011 proved to be every bit as epic as previous installments, if not better. Not surprising since this was the 5th anniversary of the festival. A ton of awesome bands took over the three stages this past weekend at Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH including one of my favorites, Escape The Fate.
