You've heard me sing the praises of Rob Scallon before, in the previous May-tallica posts. Here's week one, and week two, go enjoy those fun videos! Now, just to make sure he's covered all the Metallica bases, Rob has covered every album track from the band!
Every year, Rob Scallon uses May to celebrate Metallica with May-tallica. He began this month with a crazy cover of "Master of Puppets" on banjo last week. This week, he kicks it up a notch, with his cover of the lead song from ...And Justice For All, "Blackened", on ukulele. Complete with guitar solo!
Rob Scallon is a Chicago-based guitar player and songwriter, who's made a big name for himself on YouTube, making hysterical videos. Last year, he went all-out on May-tallica, even recording "Enter Sandman" backwards! This year, he's working on topping himself, and has kicked off in a big way, with "Master of Puppets" on banjo.
There are a ton of good musicians online, making millions of videos every day, trying to cut through the clutter of all the others. There are a few who really stand out, and make some amazing music and videos. One of them is Rob Scallon, out of Chicago. He even does challenges people throw at him.
