Even though Halloween is my favorite time of the year, I never really put that much effort into my Halloween costumes. Why? I never really have the time to do it! Someday I wish to create an epic Halloween costume like you see at Comic Conventions, but I never have the time to do it. Last year though, I went a little original with it.

Lately at WGRD, we have been doing our High School Athlete of the Week. This past week, the recognized individual was from Kenowa Hills, which happens to be my alma mater! It was cool to see someone from my old school collide with my career. Which brought my back to my high school days, and dug up this old picture.

I have been hosting the GRD Bad Bowlers League for a couple of weeks now, and each night has been a blast! If you missed out on this year, you REALLY missed out. Here are a few pictures from the Bad Bowlers League so far.

This was by far one of the 'funnest' SNaCK's that we have ever done! We welcomed a new friend to The SNaCK, talked about Gene Simmons' problems with Rock Music, and general life in itself!

Two video games beaten, Surge in hand...how do you end an epic weekend? With those little burgers that fit into a small box on a grease soaked bun. Grilled to perfection on a bed of onions. Let's take a magical trip to... White Castle!

Now here is a game that seems like everyone has probably forgotten about at this time. Give me a break! I don't have a ton of time to play video games these days! It also doesn't help when the only way you want to play the game is with a friend! I don't know, I just enjoy playing shooter games with a friend, it enhances the experience!

For some reason, when I was trying to record a commercial for the upcoming We Came as Roman's show, the damn microphone in the production studio wouldn't work! I eventually figured out what was wrong with it, but not until I recorded this fine audio/

Let's just say that I was one of the lucky ones. The big news on the Internet last week was that the popular '90s beverage Surge was making it's way back to the consumer exclusively on Amazon. The moment it was announced that it was on sale at Amazon, it sold out in minutes! Like I said, I was lucky enough to get a 12 pack. Then, it was sold out for a week. Then, today, it was re-stocked. Guess

Who would have thought that I would make it this far! When I started my career in radio, I was suprised if anyone would ever get to know me. I mean, I am pretty much only on weekends, where most people are out having a good time and not really listening to the radio. So when the weekend DJ reached 1,000 likes on Facebook? That's a pretty good feeling!

When it was announced that Surge was making a triumphant return to Amazon, I was geeked. When Vault was announced a bunch of years ago, I drank it like it was out of style. I think I drank maybe 24 in one week...and I wonder why I gained weight. After I received the greatness that is Surge and I brought it to work, here is the end result.

Working in radio, I have met a lot of awesome rock stars. Anything from Vinnie Paul, Phil Anselmo, KISS, Ivan Moody, Bumblefoot, etc. All of them were really cool people! I rarely get star struck these days. However, one time that I will always be star struck with is freakin' legendary guitarist Zakk Wylde!
