This album brought up a TON of controversy upon Metallica fans calling them anything from Non-Metal to Sell outs even. Metallica (all the controversy aside...) still brings the metal all around the world. Rob Flynn of Machinehead on the other hand, absolutely hates 'Lulu' and Lou Reed himself!

The end result is the album Lulu that was released on November 1. The record has faced mixed reviews from fans and critics alike. However, guitarist Kirk Hammett says unusual musical endeavors like Loutallica is the reason the band has survived over the past three decades.
