With temperatures hitting the 90s this weekend, the city of Grand Rapids is helping us out with ways to stay cool!
The Grand Rapids city pools and water playgrounds are open as of today, Friday, June 9.
Though we haven't seen a ton of warm weather yet in Grand Rapids, this summer is supposed to be a scorcher. When you're looking for a place to cool down, you can head to GR's city pools and splash pads.
This year, Grand Rapids city pools and water playgrounds open on Friday, June 10.
Grand Rapids city pools are open for the season!
Normally, it costs $1 for kids 1-17 (infants are free) to swim at one of the three Grand Rapids' public pools.
Thanks to a generous donation-- the first 28,000 kids to visit the city pools will swim for free!
